5 WinRed Updates to Make Your Life Easier

The WinRed team released a bunch of new features that you should know about:

1. Unarchive Your Pages
2. Bulk Update Images
3. Download Reports Without Custom Fields
4. Export Donations from Pages Tab
5. Ledger Summary for Merchant Accounts

Here's what you need to know

1. Unarchive Your Pages

What’s New: You're now able to unarchive a page with just a few clicks.

• Set the filter to show pages with an Archived Status
• Click on the page you want to change
• Press the Unarchive Button

Important: The URL may have changed, so be sure to double-check it before sending it out. Common reasons for a change are:

• The URL Slug was long, and it was shortened when the page was archived
• Another page re-used the URL Slug after the original page was archived

2. Bulk Update Images

What’s New: With the Bulk Image Updater, you can change the desktop background image, desktop logo, and mobile images.

The Bulk Actions tool also lets you easily update Recurring Callouts, Open Graphs, Money Pledges, SMS Opt-Ins, and Upsell Flows.

3. Download Reports Without Custom Fields

What’s New: Reports with custom fields can take a long time to download, so the default now is to not include them. This means you get the data you need faster.

If you want to include the custom fields, the option is still available by clicking the arrow next to the Download button.

4. Export Donations from Pages Tab

What’s New: Now you can generate a summary of donations for a specific page right from the My Pages section of a WinRed account.

Click the three dots to the right of your page and press Export Donations to download a report.

5. Ledger Summary for Merchant Accounts

What’s New: Merchant accounts now have a summary section at the top of the Ledger tab. This was previously only available on conduit accounts.

This feature allows merchant accounts to quickly view a summary of donations, refunds, disputes, and payouts.
